All complaints should be given in writing and should follow the guidelines below:

  • Your name, address & telephone number
  • The roofing company name (membership number if known) & address
  • Complete details of your complaint & outcome you hope to obtain
  • Please send only photo copies of any evidence you are supplying (do not send original copies)

Complaints should then be sent to the complaints department either:

  • Via post to: Complaints Department, Confederation of Roofing Contractors, Association House, 22d Victoria Place, Brightlingsea, Essex CO7 0BX
  • Or emailed to: mark@corc.co.uk

We aim to respond to all complaints received within 2 working days.
