The CRC was formed in 1985 to promote membership and protect the general public against unscrupulous roofing contractors. Since then the Confederation has expanded to become an elite organisation specialising in the provision of roofing services to all market sectors.
Our members are totally committed to providing all clients with a quality driven service, which reflects good craft skills, working practices and reasonable fees. High quality standards should be pursued in all aspects of business practice. These are enshrined within the general rules of membership and specifically the recommended Codes of Conduct.
We recommend that the general public obtain three quotations prior to accepting works, if in doubt please telephone our office and we will go through each quotation with you in order to secure the most cost effective quote. Never accept a verbal quotation from doorknockers.
If you feel that your company would be an asset to the CORC, go to our membership applications page and submit an application form via e-mail or contact Mike Wolfe on 01206 306600.
We do not believe that membership fees of a trade association should depend on either turnover or wage structure. The annual membership is the same for large or small companies and is currently set at £320:00
CORC have formed a strategic partnership with Quotatis, Europe's No. 1 provider of Job Leads to the Trades and Services industry, to assist our Tradespeople find quality work. The Quotatis service is an Internet based service for the consumer.
