As most members now know, you are now able to offer our fully insured 10 year back up guarantee and you do not have to register or pay any subscription fee to the insurance company. The 10 year IBG that we have is probably the cheapest available in the UK and is for the use of members only. If you are not already offering your customers this benefit you should do so now and let Mark Williams know and he will post you van stickers and letterhead stickers for your advertising. The cost of a 10 year IBG for works up to £25000.00 is just £26:00 to members of the CORC.
Another great benefit that is in the pipeline is the facility for members to offer their customers home loans to have a new roof or roof repair and associated building works carried out. The loan company is one of the big four banks and the interest rates will be very competitive. This benefit should be up and running in about four weeks time, those members interested should contact the office on 01206 306600.
If your Public and Employers Liability insurance is due or coming up for renewal, again let us know and we will put you in touch with our preferred insurance company who will save 95% of our members many hundreds of pounds each year.
