During recent years, insurance premiums have risen at such a rate that they now threaten the livelihood of many roofing contractors.

Many contractors cannot afford the hike in costs, sometimes as much as 600% and are now working without the protection of insurance.

Public & employers liability is a legal requirement of all contractors,not only does it protect you and your property in case of accidental damage, it also covers the contractor in the case of accidents to his workforce.

If you,as the customer were to employ a contractor not holding the necessary insurance and an accident occurred whilst working on your property,the injured party could possibly make a claim on you personally.
