We have recieved news from our insurance backed guarantee supplier HIP (Home Improvement Protection) that they have had to shut their office immediately for at least 7 days.

Until they re open, we are happy to take insurance backed guarantee requests to store, however they will not be ordered until they reopen.

We will update everyone as and when we have more information.
