As part of its ongoing strategy to remain the country’s fastest growing supplier of advanced waterproofing materials, more and more contractors are now using the company’s bespoke training centre in Barnsley, Yorkshire, as part of their approved installer training.

The purpose-built centre includes a theory-based training room in addition to several areas for practical working to complement the company’s existing and highly successful training centre at its head office in Rayleigh, Essex.

The Barnsley centre, which will allow the company to increase its presence in Scotland and the north of England, provides contractors with everything they need to know about Cold Melt®, Proteus Pro-System®, Proteus Pro-System® Plus, Proteus Pro-Cold® and Pro-BW® Plus systems.

On completion of training, successful operatives will receive a Proteus approved installer card valid for 2 years which means they will be ready to install these advanced waterproofing systems.

Roofing or waterproofing contractors wanting to be part of this successful approved contractor scheme should first e-mail training@proteuswaterproofing.co.uk to find out more.

Proteus Waterproofing is growing in every part of the UK which means they are always looking to partner with contractors that share their vision. This is supported by extensive guarantees and warranties across their entire product range, which is why they only deal with approved contractors who have been trained at one of their centres.

This particularly applies to systems such as Cold Melt®, exclusive to Proteus Waterproofing, that can be installed over green concrete after just three days. It is BBA certified to last as long as the building once covered.

Which leaves just one question – Do you see the potential to grow your business with Proteus?
