National UK roofing merchant, SIG Roofing, is to exhibit at the Installer Show at the NEC in Birmingham for the first time on the 24-26th June. It’s the first time that a roofing supplier will be exhibiting at the show, and they have committed to an agenda packed with demonstrations and giveaways designed to engage and support roofing installers from across the sector.

They will be hosting a rolling programme of live workshops on the stand from 11am – 3.30pm each day, including sessions on solar panel installation (both in-roof and on-flat roof), EPDM, PVC and liquid roofing, welding seams, and corner and pipe flashing.  Their dedicated solar installation demo will be offered to help roofers upskill in renewable technologies.

The stand highlights include:

  • Daily card games competition with a £1,000 prize draw announced each afternoon
  • Tool marking kits available for roofing professionals (eligibility verified via on-stand data capture)
  • Ice cream giveaways and pick n’ mix treats at selected times throughout the day
  • Free sun cream dispensers as part of SIG’s ongoing skin cancer awareness campaign

Lotty Pritchard, Marketing Director at SIG Roofing, comments: “The Installer show is a great platform for us to connect with contractors and showcase innovation. We’re excited to bring our roofing expertise to the show floor where we’ll have technical demos and fun, interactive features. We are looking forward to supporting conversations that matter, from solar skills to sector wellbeing and security.”
