Urgent Appeal - Help Needed

Trading Standards Powys have contacted us about an 85 year old deaf man based in Llanfyllin Wales who has been ripped off by a roofer for £12,000 and has left his roof in an awful state where it is not fit for purpose. He has used all of his money and cannot afford to pay for this to be repaired. We are appealing for any kind of help to see if we can get this sorted for him.
