I was having a new flat roof, using liquid polyurethane and had gone with a roofer recommended to me by the distributors of the product, assuming they would have done due diligence on this person. Unfortunately it turned out they hadn’t done any checks at all! I ended up sacking him and Steve has come to the rescue.

Thank you for sending a reference for him. After the last roofer nightmare I was pretty anxious and your reference reassured me. I’ve been very happy with Steve. He really knows his stuff, he works fast, listens, thinks about solutions and is really nice.

I have learned one thing – never, ever, employ a company/person who isn’t a member of CORC or Federation of Builders!
