As a company we believe in Working in Partnership with the Insurance Company, their Loss Adjustors and appointed surveyors to make sure that together we can close out any claim efficiently and effectively to ensure complete satisfaction for the Policy Holder and value for money for the insurance Company.
We feel the key to this is the correct identification of the defect at the outset and the specification of the most appropriate remedy of the defect. Due to our technical knowledge and extensive experience we are regularly called in by the Loss Adjustors or their Surveyors to attend site at the initial survey stage to undertake intrusive investigations and provide technical advice as to the potential defect and the most appropriate method of rectification.
From here we may be asked to produce a priced specification to undertake the rectification works directly, on approval of the Loss Adjustor, or our recommendations will support the surveyor in producing their schedule of works ready to go out to tender. We are happy to provide this service, as we can be confident that when the tender comes out to price it will specify the most appropriate rectification method.
Along with the correct specification, it is imperative that the method of rectification is implemented effectively to ensure that the works are completed as required and there are no risks of the defect resurfacing, requiring a return to site. Often these defects are caused by small construction details that have been incorrectly designed or poorly installed at the time of the original construction. All our operatives have extensive experience in Insurance Rectification works and all our sites are closely managed by one of the Company Directors to ensure the rectification methods are designed and implemented as required.
