Award-winning specialist merchant SIG Roofing has joined the On The Tools Card, offering the card’s 30,000+ members 5% off all in-branch purchases (excluding lead), the first of a series of exclusive deals for members.

The partnership makes SIG Roofing’s products more accessible to roofing contractors, builders and tradespeople across the UK who take on roofing work, through the card from the UK’s largest online construction community.

Launched in May, the On The Tools card combines savings on the trade essentials that tradespeople buy for work with everyday lifestyle discounts and built-in wellbeing support, all in one app.

On The Tools’ own research found that 93% of UK tradespeople have been impacted by mental ill health, with finances the single most common factor, cited by 65%. With cost of living pressure continuing to build, the card is designed to ease the financial squeeze while putting support in the same place tradespeople go for savings.

“Delivering great value for our customers is something we focus on every day, from the products we stock to the service in our branches. Partnering with the On The Tools Card is another way of doing that, reaching tradespeople across the UK through a community they already trust. We want anyone working on a roof to get what they need from SIG Roofing.”

Lotty Pritchard, Marketing Director, SIG Roofing

“We built the card so tradespeople save on everything from the materials they use on site to what they spend on their time off. SIG Roofing joining means members who take on roofing work now have the UK’s largest specialist roofing merchant in their corner, with savings available at their local branch. That’s exactly the kind of practical, everyday value the card is all about.”

Lee Wilcox, CEO, On The Tools

The On The Tools card is now available at £12 per year. Members receive access to hundreds of deals from trade and lifestyle brands, plus On Wellbeing’s full support library. The SIG Roofing offer is available to both new and existing customers.
